Why Dewsbury Locals Use Us
Dewsbury is the busiest part of our patch and the closest big town to the yard, a little over three miles, covering WF12 and WF13 with Ravensthorpe, Batley and Ossett around it. Tiger runs from Mirfield, a family firm for more than 20 years and known as Boulds Bins before that.
Dewsbury sits in Kirklees, but the council’s permit rules won’t affect you here: we only place skips on private land, so there’s nothing to apply for and nothing to pay. Sizes run 2, 3, 4 and 8 yards, about 20 to 80 bin bags, at £150 to £320 all in, with 14 days to fill them.

Frequently Asked Questions
Book at least 24 hours ahead and pick a weekday. We deliver to Dewsbury Monday to Friday. Book a day or two out and you’ll get the delivery day you want.
Not with Tiger. Kirklees requires a permit when a skip sits on a public road or pavement, and we place skips on private land only: your driveway, garden or yard. In Dewsbury you won’t need a permit, pay a council fee or wait on paperwork.
Up to 14 days, included in the price. Most local firms give you 7, so with Tiger you get double the time to work at your own pace without paying more. If you need longer, ring us and we’ll arrange it.
Most household, garden and DIY waste: furniture, wood, metal, plastics, packaging, garden waste, soil and rubble, bricks, tiles, carpets, kitchen units and general clearout junk. Mixed loads are fine. A few items need booking in or keeping separate, including fridges, tyres, plasterboard and mattresses, and a short list can’t go in at all. If you’re not sure about something, ring us before you load it.
No. The price you see covers delivery, collection and up to 14 days’ hire. A handful of special items carry a charge, agreed up front when you book: tyres £10 each, mattresses £20 each, fridges or freezers £100 each. Plasterboard costs nothing extra with us, and your skip sits on your own property, so there’s no permit fee either. Don’t overload the skip however, as that could incur additional cost.
